Search Marketing is a strategy for increasing online visibility and traffic through sponsored and unpaid techniques on search engines like Google, Bing, and Yahoo.
Consider the last time you searched for something on Google, Yahoo, or Bing. The words you typed into the small search box are known as your “search query,” and it will take you to a page similar to the one shown below. This is referred to as a SERP, or Search Engine Results Page. Several studies have revealed that the higher you rank on the SERPS, the more probable it is that you will acquire traffic to your website. But how does Google decide who gets these first-page placements?
